Waitlist privacy notice
The short version
We ask for one thing — your email address — and use it for one thing: inviting you to the Morph beta. No tracking, no analytics, no ads, and we never sell or share it for marketing.
Who is responsible
Morph is an independent project. The data controller for the waitlist is the Morph team, reachable at [email protected].
What we collect and why
- Your email address, to send you one invite when a beta spot opens.
- When and where you signed up (date, “landing page”, and the version of this notice), so we can show you agreed.
- A one-way hash of your IP address, kept for 24 hours only, to stop automated mass sign-ups. We can't turn it back into your IP address.
Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given when you submit the form; for the IP hash, our legitimate interest in preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f)). This page loads no third-party scripts, fonts or cookies.
Where it's stored and who else sees it
The site and the waitlist run on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.), our processor under its data processing agreement. The waitlist database is restricted to data centres in the European Union. No one else receives your waitlist data.
How long we keep it
Until the beta invitations end, and no longer than 12 months after you sign up.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time — write to [email protected] or reply to any email from us. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect anything done before. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
